The agreement between you and Beebo Entertainment. Please read it — especially the driving-safety section, which is important for your safety and ours.

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of the Beebo Entertainment website, the Beebo Entertainment media apps, and the car companion apps — Beebo Auto and Beebo Mirror (together, the “Service”). The Service is provided by Nick Will, operating as “Beebo Entertainment” (“Beebo Entertainment”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading, installing, or using any part of the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to accept these Terms and to set up or operate the Service. Children and teens may enjoy the media and passenger features, but a responsible adult must set them up and supervise their use, and that adult accepts these Terms on their behalf and is responsible for how they use it. You are responsible for everyone who uses the Service through your setup.
Beebo Entertainment is a personal media hub. It catalogs and streams media that you provide from your own computer and devices, and it includes companion apps that bring your audio and screen into a car through Android Auto. Beebo Entertainment does not provide, sell, host, or supply any movies, shows, music, or other content. It is a tool for organizing and playing media you already have and have the right to use.
You are solely responsible for the media you add to, stream through, or display with the Service, and for making sure you have the legal right to do so. You agree not to use the Service to copy, stream, share, or display anything you do not own or are not licensed or otherwise permitted to use, and not to use it for any unlawful purpose. Beebo Entertainment has no control over and takes no responsibility for the media you choose to use.
Never watch video or operate a screen while driving. The car companion apps can show or play your media on a car’s display. You agree to use them only in a safe and lawful way, and you accept full responsibility for doing so. Do not watch video, read, or interact with any screen while the vehicle is in motion. The driver’s attention belongs on the road.
Beebo Mirror is built to help: it only shows video on the car screen when the car is stopped or parked, it shows no controls on the car screen while the car is moving, and it puts all controls on your phone. These are safety aids, not guarantees. Sensors, cars, and software can be wrong, delayed, or unavailable, and the app cannot know your circumstances. You must not rely on the app to make it safe or legal to use a screen while driving.
You are responsible for knowing and obeying all laws that apply to you, including laws about distracted driving, screens, and displays visible to a driver. Laws differ by place and can be strict. You assume all risk arising from your use of the Service in or around a vehicle. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beebo Entertainment is not responsible for any accident, injury, death, damage, ticket, fine, or other loss connected with using the Service while driving or in a vehicle.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes, and not to misuse it — for example, by breaking the law, infringing anyone’s rights, interfering with or disrupting the Service, attempting to gain unauthorized access, or working around safety features (including the driving-safety controls in the car apps). You are responsible for keeping your account details and access codes secure.
The Service is a personal project offered as a convenience. Streaming features depend on your own equipment (for example, a home computer) being on and connected, and may be unavailable at any time. We may change, suspend, update, or discontinue any part of the Service, and may update these Terms, at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
The apps include open-source software provided by third parties under their own licenses, and rely on platforms such as Android and Android Auto that are governed by their providers’ terms. Those components remain the property of their owners and are used under their respective licenses.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all such warranties.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beebo Entertainment and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Service — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any and all claims relating to the Service will not exceed one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you; in that case, our liability is limited to the smallest amount permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Beebo Entertainment and its operator from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, the media you use with it, your use of the Service in or around a vehicle, or your violation of these Terms or of any law or the rights of any third party.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the courts located in Ontario, Canada will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
